Terms of Service

Ethan Zhang, an individual developer operating NinjaReels AI, provides the Service. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@ninjareels.app.

By creating an account, purchasing a Paid Plan, or accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you use the Service for another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for them.

NinjaReels, we, us, or our

Ethan Zhang, an individual developer operating NinjaReels AI.

Service

The NinjaReels website, accounts, AI generation workflows, credit system, libraries, downloads, and related features we make available.

User or you

The person using the Service and, where applicable, the person or organization that person is authorized to represent.

Input

A prompt, topic, reference image, text, audio, setting, instruction, or other material you submit to the Service.

Output

Video, image, script, voiceover, caption, music, platform copy, download package, or other material returned by the Service from an Input.

Credits

Units applied to eligible generation activity. Trial credits, paid pack credits, and subscription credits have different rules.

Paid Plan

A paid credit pack or recurring NinjaReels subscription purchased through our checkout provider.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are 13 through 17, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. A minor must also obtain that permission before purchasing Credits or a subscription.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

You may not share account credentials, create accounts in bulk, access another account without permission, scrape the Service, or use automation to bypass security, rate, or generation limits.

NinjaReels provides AI-assisted tools for creating faceless short-video content. A complete reel workflow may provide a script, voiceover, scene visuals, captions, music, platform copy, and downloadable output. An independent AI video clip generator provides only the output and options shown in that tool.

Available models, presets, workflows, credit costs, limits, output formats, and regional availability may change as the Service, third-party providers, safety requirements, or operating costs change. A preview, planned page, or marketing reference does not make an unavailable feature part of the Service.

The Service does not currently promise automatic posting, scheduling, performance analytics, avatars, dubbing, or any other feature that is not enabled in the production product.

You retain any ownership rights you already have in your Input. You represent that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and lawful basis needed to submit the Input and allow it to be processed as described here.

You grant NinjaReels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and otherwise process your Input and related Output only as needed to operate, moderate, secure, support, and deliver the Service, including sending material to generation and infrastructure providers.

This operational license ends when the relevant content or account is deleted, except where a reasonable period is needed to complete deletion from backups, resolve a dispute, prevent abuse, or satisfy a legal obligation. NinjaReels does not use your Input or Output to train its own AI models. Third-party providers process material under their own agreements and policies.

As between you and NinjaReels, and to the extent permitted by law, you receive any rights in an Output that NinjaReels is able to grant. We do not claim ownership of your Input or Output merely because you used the Service.

Paid use: Output generated with paid pack Credits or an active paid subscription may be used for lawful commercial purposes, including monetized channels, client projects, and brand accounts. Trial use: Output generated with free or trial Credits is limited to personal, non-commercial use.

Commercial-use permission does not give you rights in material you did not have permission to submit, third-party trademarks, a person's voice or likeness, licensed music or assets, or material subject to a third-party restriction.

AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or similar to material generated for another user. We do not guarantee originality, copyright eligibility, platform acceptance, or that an Output will not affect third-party rights. You must review facts, intellectual property, privacy, publicity rights, platform rules, and applicable law before publishing or relying on an Output.

Output does not represent NinjaReels' views and is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

The Service's code, interface, brand, workflows, documentation, and owned materials belong to Ethan Zhang or the applicable licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or its technology to you.

You may not copy or redistribute the Service, reverse-engineer non-public technology, resell account access, remove proprietary notices, or use NinjaReels branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow us to use it without payment or restriction to improve the Service. Feedback does not transfer ownership of your Input or Output.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the Creem customer portal and keep access through the current paid billing period. A failed payment may suspend subscription benefits until payment is resolved. Deleting your NinjaReels account does not by itself cancel a subscription in the Creem customer portal.

Prices, currency, billing frequency, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. If a price change affects a future renewal, we will provide notice before that renewal takes effect.

Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, acts as the Merchant of Record for payment transactions and provides checkout and the customer portal. Your purchase is also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms presented during checkout.

Refunds, renewal-charge reviews, duplicate payments, unauthorized charges, and technical-failure credits are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or consumer remedy that applicable law makes mandatory.

A fully unused credit pack, initial subscription payment, or renewal may qualify for a cash refund when requested within 7 calendar days. A completed subscription refund ends paid access immediately. Confirmed technical failures restore credits to their original source instead of creating a cash refund.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It prohibits illegal and exploitative content, fraud, harmful impersonation, infringement, safety circumvention, abusive automation, and other harmful uses.

We may use automated screening and other safeguards, but moderation can make mistakes and does not replace your responsibility for Input and Output. For ordinary violations, we may warn you, limit generation, remove affected material, or temporarily suspend access. Severe unlawful activity, fraud, security attacks, or child sexual exploitation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

You may request review through Contact Support. Refunds and remaining Credits are assessed under the Refund Policy, Creem rules, the circumstances of the violation, and mandatory law rather than an automatic no-refund rule.

The Service relies on third parties for authentication, payment processing, storage, AI video and image generation, voice generation, email, security, hosting, and related infrastructure. Provider failures, model changes, safety rules, regional limits, or discontinued services may affect features and Output.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. NinjaReels does not control their independent products, policies, or continued availability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 availability, a particular generation time, acceptance by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or another platform, or any level of views, revenue, audience growth, or commercial result.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service and Output are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that every Output will be accurate, suitable, original, error-free, continuously available, or appropriate for a particular purpose.

These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. No specific governing law, court, arbitration body, or jurisdiction is designated by these terms.

Before starting a formal dispute, we encourage you to contact support so we can try to resolve the issue. This request does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, payment provider, court, or other body when the law allows it.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement governing the Service, except where additional checkout terms or mandatory law apply.

We may update these terms when the Service, providers, legal requirements, or business practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice by email or through the Service when a change materially affects user rights or paid obligations. The notice will state when the revised terms take effect.

We may send service and legal notices electronically to the email associated with your account or through the Service. Keep your account email current.
