Who controls your data
Ethan Zhang, an individual developer operating NinjaReels AI, is responsible for deciding how and why NinjaReels processes personal information.

Data we collect
Account and authentication: name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, session identifiers, IP address, browser information, and account timestamps.
Billing and credits: customer and subscription identifiers, country, purchases, credit balances, transaction history, and checkout metadata. Payment card details are handled by Creem and are not stored in the NinjaReels database.
Creative inputs and outputs: prompts, briefs, niche and style settings, reference images, narration, scene instructions, generated images, audio, videos, captions, covers, platform copy, and downloadable packages.
Support and safety: contact form details, correspondence, content moderation results, security verification signals, error information, and records needed to prevent fraud or abuse.
Optional analytics: pages visited, referrals, device and browser characteristics, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction or session data after you consent.

AI processing
NinjaReels sends the inputs required for a feature, such as prompts, narration, generation settings, and reference media, to AI service providers so they can return scripts, images, audio, video, or related results.
NinjaReels does not use your prompts, uploaded media, or generated outputs to train its own AI models. Third-party providers process data under their agreements and privacy terms. Avoid including sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads unless it is necessary for your requested generation and you have the right to use it.

Cookies and analytics
Essential technologies support authentication, security verification, payment flows, and your privacy choice. They cannot be disabled through our analytics controls.
Optional analytics from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics load only after you consent. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal before you choose, optional analytics remain disabled.
Sharing and sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-site behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information to the service providers listed above, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, with your direction or consent, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets where the recipient must continue to handle the data appropriately.

Deletion from active systems may take a reasonable period to complete. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or with providers according to their documented retention processes.
International transfers
NinjaReels serves users internationally, and providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where required, we rely on provider agreements and recognized transfer safeguards intended to protect personal information.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, a portable copy, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time and may complain to your local data protection authority.
Submit a request through the form below. We will verify control of the account using the account email and generally respond within 30 days, or within another period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

NinjaReels is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Users aged 13 through 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.
If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
Security
We use access controls, authenticated account sessions, transport encryption, security verification, signed download links, and limited access to production systems. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong account credential and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our product, providers, or legal obligations change. We will update the date at the top and provide additional notice through the service or by email when a change materially affects how we use personal information.
