Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?
Both are available. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charge. Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that refill your credits every billing cycle. Pick whichever fits your posting rhythm.

How many credits does one reel cost?
At 720p, a 30s reel costs 120 credits, a 45s reel costs 168 credits, and a 60s reel costs 216 credits. Higher resolutions cost more. You always see the exact credit estimate before you confirm a generation, and your first 30s reel is free.

Do credits expire?
Credits from one-time packs never expire. Plan credits refresh every month on your billing date, and unused plan credits reset when the new cycle starts.

What happens if a generation fails?
When a confirmed technical failure prevents delivery of a usable reel, the affected credits are restored to their original credit source. Contact support if the balance does not update after the failure is confirmed.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing gives you 12 months of a plan for the price of 10, so you get 2 months free. The monthly credit amount is exactly the same; only the price changes.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the Creem customer portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and there are no cancellation fees. Cancellation is different from a refund, and deleting your NinjaReels account does not by itself cancel the Creem subscription.

Should I choose a pack or a plan?
Choose a pack if you post occasionally or are still testing a niche, since the credits never expire. Choose a plan if you post on a steady schedule, because the per-reel cost is lower. You can start with the free trial and decide later.

Can I get a refund after buying?
A fully unused credit pack, initial subscription payment, or renewal may qualify for a cash refund when requested within 7 calendar days. Once credits from that order or billing cycle fund a successful generation, it is generally no longer eligible. Confirmed technical failures restore credits under the Refund Policy.

Will I be asked to pay more after I buy?

Can I use the videos for commercial purposes?
Yes. Reels generated with paid credits include commercial use, so you can publish them on monetized channels, client accounts, and brand pages.
