Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect people, creators, platforms, and the Service when you submit inputs or use AI-generated output.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Safety at a glance

  • Do not use NinjaReels to create illegal, exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or seriously harmful content.
  • You must have permission to use people, voices, likenesses, brands, media, and personal information in your inputs.
  • Automated moderation may be used, but it can make mistakes and does not approve an output for publication.
  • Enforcement is normally proportionate, while severe illegal or dangerous activity may result in immediate termination.

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Examples are illustrative, not exhaustive, and do not make prohibited activity acceptable merely because it is not named below.

Scope and responsibility

This policy applies to every prompt, upload, reference image, instruction, generation, download, and other use of NinjaReels AI. You are responsible for both the material you submit and how you review, edit, disclose, publish, or distribute generated output.

You must follow applicable law, platform rules, and third-party rights. A successful generation or moderation result is not approval that content is lawful, accurate, safe, or suitable for publication.

Sexual exploitation and intimate content

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, edit, or distribute:

  • Child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving a minor, or content that facilitates grooming or exploitation.
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, or other adult sexual content.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic content, or threats to create or share such material.
  • Content that sexualizes a person without permission or uses a real person's likeness in a sexual context.

Suspected child sexual exploitation may result in immediate account termination and reporting where required by law.

Fraud, deception, and harmful impersonation

You may not use the Service for scams, phishing, fraudulent advertising, forged evidence, identity theft, malicious social engineering, or instructions designed to steal money, credentials, or personal information.

You may not impersonate a real person or organization in a way likely to deceive or harm others. This includes cloning or simulating a person's voice, likeness, or identity without the rights and consent required for that use.

Satire, parody, commentary, and fictional characters must still respect applicable law and should be clearly disclosed when a reasonable viewer could mistake synthetic media for an authentic recording.

Violence, hate, harassment, and extremism

You may not create or promote content that:

  • Threatens, celebrates, instructs, or meaningfully facilitates serious physical harm.
  • Promotes terrorism, violent extremist organizations, recruitment, or operational propaganda.
  • Attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics, or encourages discrimination or violence against them.
  • Targets a person with harassment, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, or credible threats.
  • Encourages self-harm or provides tailored instructions for carrying it out.

Documentary, educational, newsworthy, or fictional treatment may be allowed when it does not praise, facilitate, or meaningfully increase the risk of harm.

Intellectual property and personal rights

Do not submit or generate material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or other third-party rights. You must have permission to use reference media, music, scripts, logos, characters, personal data, voices, and likenesses included in your input.

Do not remove provenance, ownership, watermark, or safety information in order to misrepresent the origin or authenticity of generated or third-party material.

Political and high-risk uses

You may not create deceptive election information, false official instructions, fabricated endorsements, or synthetic media intended to mislead people about a candidate, public official, voting process, emergency, or public authority.

Do not use output as the sole basis for decisions that determine another person's eligibility, access, or rights in employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal services, or another high-impact area.

Do not present generated content as licensed professional advice without appropriate review by a qualified professional.

Platform and security abuse

You may not use the Service to distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with systems, evade content safeguards, test stolen credentials, or facilitate unauthorized access.

Unauthorized scraping, bulk account creation, credential sharing, resale of Service access, artificial manipulation of Credits, automated generation outside supported interfaces, and attempts to bypass rate or generation limits are prohibited.

Moderation and enforcement

Inputs may be screened by automated moderation before generation. We may also investigate reported activity and retain limited records where needed for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Moderation systems may produce false positives or fail to identify prohibited material.

Depending on severity, history, intent, and risk, we may block a generation, remove affected material, warn the user, restrict features, temporarily suspend access, or terminate an account. Severe unlawful activity, fraud, security attacks, or child sexual exploitation may result in immediate action.

Enforcement does not automatically determine refund eligibility. Payments and remaining Credits are handled under the Refund Policy, Creem rules, mandatory law, and the circumstances of the case.

Reporting and review

To report harmful or infringing material, or to request review of an enforcement decision, contact support@ninjareels.app or use the contact form. Include the relevant account email, generation ID or URL, a description of the issue, and the rights or safety concern involved. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

We may update this policy as safety risks, the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects permitted use or enforcement.
